When it came time to pay for the services performed on my vehicle, I was told that a 3% service fee would be added to my invoice if I chose to use a credit card. This would have resulted in a $58.31 fee added to my invoice. This information would have been more useful prior to me paying my invoice. I would then have had some time to move funds around to pay for the invoice.

My '23 Envision was due for a 15,000 mile check-up and inspection. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the work was done win a timely fashion. Technicians recommended some extra service items which I agreed to. They also helped with some "setting issues" that I was experiencing. Waiting room is comfortable and coffee is great!

Your Service Rep, Kailynn Owen’s, was terrific. My Theft Deterrent had disabled my car. I called Jones Buick Service for advice and Kailynn walked me through the steps necessary to start my car so I could drive it to the dealer. CSRs are always very pleasant and helpful. The wait time way shorter than I expected. Watching/listening to a conversation a tech was having with a customer was interesting! The tech was trying very hard to understand what the customer was experiencing with his vehicle. He was respectful and trying to get closer to what may be happening to fix it. That's part of the reason I keep coming back. I had a service situation with my vehicle that was not expected. And I can't say much I very much appreciated how they took care of me and my vehicle were taken care of. They took responsibility for the mistake, made sure I had a vehicle to drive and took care of fixing my vehicle. She runs better than before and I don't think I could ask anything more. And THAT'S why I keep going to Jones for service for my vehicles. They try very hard to take good care of their customers and their vehicles.

My truck's appointment was scheduled online for July 8th. I brought it in at 8:30 am on the 8th. My truck ended up being finished on July 9th around noon. I understand things can get backed up with other work on vehicles especially with limited staff but no one from service reached out to me at any point on the 8th to make me aware that my truck would not be completed same day and needed to stay until the next day. I ended up calling the next morning on the 9th to ask the status. Everyone in service is extremely kind and helpful but it would have been nice to know I wouldn't have my truck for the entire day on the 8th and half of the next day so I could have planned accordingly with transporting kids to and from activities, work, and other things that come up needing a car...

One of the worst service experiences we've had. We dropped the vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation at 1pm and never received a call or text that it was done. I called at 5:40pm and was told the service department was closed and I would have to come and get it the next morning. I explained that my wife needed the vehicle for work the next morning before 7am. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes until they figured out how to handle the situation. When we picked up the vehicle, our white interior had dirt and grease stains on the driver and passenger doors, as well the dash and center console. We should not have to drive to the GMC dealer in York or New Holland for good service, but I'm not sure we want to bring the vehicle back to Jones GMC for the next oil change or inspection. Very disappointed.

I do not like the fact that you charge a 3% fee for credit cards and won’t take personal checks. I had to clarify with another employee that a debit card won’t incur the fee, however, no where is that displayed on your service desk or website information. This fee should be eliminated and factored into the already high prices of service. Faulkner Chevy does not charge this fee. Also, you should wash or vacuum after each visit like Faulkner Chevy.

As far as the service time it was great. just a couple of issues I have is finger prints left on vehicle at hood and door. Also when mechanic scraped off old inspection sticker they did not get off all of the old sticker residue.

Had an appointment for 11 am for an oil change. Truck was not done until 415 pm. Luckily the service rep informed me they were behind schedule so I asked if I could pick it up by 3 pm which should have been a problem. I got back to the dealership at 3 pm and my truck wasn’t even taken back yet go service. I sat for an hour and 15 min waiting. Staff is friendly and the waiting room is comfortable but if you honor an appointment it shouldn’t take over 5 hours for an oil change.

The experience was okay. Our initial salesperson was unavailable when we came to test drive.
