John Thomas and his staff have always treated me as a loyal customer. Wes Little has been my tech for many years and is the greatest. I was sad to see the Jones family drop the Buick brand but will continue servicing my car.

I do not like the fact that you charge a 3% fee for credit cards and won’t take personal checks. I had to clarify with another employee that a debit card won’t incur the fee, however, no where is that displayed on your service desk or website information. This fee should be eliminated and factored into the already high prices of service. Faulkner Chevy does not charge this fee. Also, you should wash or vacuum after each visit like Faulkner Chevy.

Repairs seem to be fine at the moment but only been a day. Very unhappy about the credit card surcharge which I was not prepared for when I went to pick up and could have had a debit card if I was advised when I dropped off.

Oil Change. Nice service personnel.

The experience was okay. Our initial salesperson was unavailable when we came to test drive. Another salesperson helped up, but then when it came time to pick up vehicle, we were back with our original one. Finance took incredibly long, especially since we had to wait even though we had an appointment.

The Jones dealership has always serviced my vehicles. The entire staff are very friendly and professional. My only disappointment is that they stopped selling Buick vehicles in Lancaster, PA. Unfortunately this means I will have to purchase my new car at another dealership.

This was my first time at dealership having service done did very well people very polite. Th e whole service done in a timely matter.

As far as the service time it was great. just a couple of issues I have is finger prints left on vehicle at hood and door. Also when mechanic scraped off old inspection sticker they did not get off all of the old sticker residue.

Had an appointment for 1:30pm to service my car. Was told the service would take about an hour and to wait for it. My car was not looked at until 2:30pm and then the service guy came out to up sell me additional services. At that point I just wanted the service I came in to be performed so I could get out of there. If you know your techs are running behind, how about calling your 1:30 appointment and let them know to come later. You might have more success with the up sell if I wasn't furious that I had just waited an hour before my car was even looked at.

All the repair work that I scheduled was completed in a timely manner, and we had the car back when we needed it.

My front struts, which had just been replaced, were leaking and dealership replaced without charge

The GMC service department team was awesome. Such positive vibes with the front desk team. Kailynn was very polite, helpful and supportive when my GMC Yukon was out of oil in an emergency situation. Kudos to Kaitlynn.

I had another great experience with the team at Jones. I say team because many folks were involved helping me find my new truck. My salesman Josh was wonderful and showed me all the little ins and outs of my new Sierra Denali Ultimate. Brant the sales manager helped me complete all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. And the General Manager Nick and the owner Kris helped me find my new truck. There was a small issue that came up, but I understand that stuff happens. It’s how it’s handled that is important to me and these four handled it quickly and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Jones Buick GMC.

Went for a car inspection. In and out in about 45 mins. Staff was friendly and cooperative and kept me informed about what was going on.

Wes, the mechanic, got to my car in a reasonable time and was able to diagnose the problem. He is excellent in his automotive skills and takes the time to show and explain the issue along with the necessary repairs.

Had an appointment for 11 am for an oil change. Truck was not done until 415 pm. Luckily the service rep informed me they were behind schedule so I asked if I could pick it up by 3 pm which should have been a problem. I got back to the dealership at 3 pm and my truck wasn’t even taken back yet go service. I sat for an hour and 15 min waiting. Staff is friendly and the waiting room is comfortable but if you honor an appointment it shouldn’t take over 5 hours for an oil change.

The buying process with Josh Hartman was very easy and working with him was a pleasure.

My vehicle was being used as a loaner. After doing my deal the vehicle could not be located to deliver to me. I feel more could have been done, by the service dept, to get my vehicle and make delivery. Mostly I was given excuses why they couldn't do that. Brought car in for inspection and waited on it. They found an issue - leaking water pump. Was told it would be 3-4 hrs so I decided to get the shuttle to take me home. I was home by 11:15 am. I heard nothing. Finally called around 4 to find out status. They were finishing it up. They would call when it was done and they would come for me. Waited more. I am only about 5-7 minutes from the dealership. An update would have been nice. So my 3-4 hr appointment ended up being about 6 1/2 hrs. When I picked it up at the Honda dealer since Buick was closed I was not told about the charge for using a credit card. I would have used my debit card. I just wanted to get home and on to all the things that were all now delayed. I was told by the driver who picked me up that I was given a small discount for the wait. I don’t think that happened. There was a $15 reduction but it was marked coupon and I did hand them a coupon for the oil change and tire rotation. Just very disappointing. Seems like service is not what it used to be.

Had my GMC 2500 in for routine service, along with some additional work. During the additional repairs, a couple of issues came up, but the Service Manager, John, was incredibly helpful. He fit me into the schedule and was able to get the necessary parts on short notice. John went above and beyond, and I truly couldn't have asked for better customer service. The entire service department did a great job. They have always taken excellent care of my vehicles, and I will definitely continue bringing them back in the future. Highly recommend!

Jones GMC, Josh in particular, kept me informed the whole way through the process of ordering my new Yukon. While the process took much longer then anticipated, I was never left wondering what was going on. I was kept informed every step of the way. And they delivered a beautiful 2026 Ultimate Denali. I've been dealing with the Jones Family of Dealerships for decades and have never been disappointed.

John and Mikey in Service were amazing.

Happy with the servicing, but I tried to check out over the phone since I'm homebound post surgery. I was not allowed to do that. Then when my husband went to pick up my car he wasn't allowed to use the coupons we had because GMC had checked us out and gave it to the Honda dealership. I'd love to be able to get a discount next time I come in for service. I had a $30 off oil change and $10 off any service. We had oil changed, inspection done and software update.
